Communication and marketing manager for E MOTION BODIES BRAND

We are looking for a DANCER (professional or amateur) who is also a COMMUNICATION and MARKETING professional, to bet on the growth of a new brand whose mission is to create and improve products for contemporary dance dancers, combining very technical materials and the beauty inherent to this art that we are passionate about. We are looking for a person passionate about DANCE, COMMUNICATION AND MARKETING.

We currently have contemporary dance pants and knee pads, and we are developing 4 new products to launch in 2024.

We are physically in Barcelona and we sell to almost everyone.

What would be your functions?

-Manage, create and control the company's creatives and corporate material, using graphic design tools.

-Plan, publish and promote monthly content on social media (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, YouTube, etc.).

-Configuration and monitoring of campaigns in RRSS, knowledge in Google Ads will also be valued.

-Management of platforms / tools for sending Email Marketing / newsletter.

-Organization of the photo sessions, carrying out a prior briefing and management of the material created together with the teams involved.

-Maintenance, optimization and organization of the digital area of the website.

-Participate and encourage regular brainstorming/idea exchange sessions to continue innovating and, above all, generating value in the actions carried out.

-Be up to date with the latest trends / tools / applications on the market.

-Teamwork with the sales department in search of achieving the different challenges/objectives set.

-Plan and manage online/offline events.

What profile are we looking for?

We are looking for a dancer (professional or amateur) who is also a communication and marketing professional. We are looking for a person passionate about DANCE, COMMUNICATION and MARKETING. Here we describe some requirements:

-Training in Marketing / Communication

-Have practiced contemporary dance for years and preferably remain linked to it.

-Person with entrepreneurial concerns and great capacity for initiative.

-Previous experience in a marketing department.

-High level of English and Spanish. Knowledge of French or German would be appreciated.

-Orderly, organized person with great attention to details.

-Knowledge of graphic design.

-Knowledge of video editing.

-Creativity. A lot of creativity.

-REELS creation capacity.

-With strategic and results analysis capabilities.

-Responsible, empathetic and decisive attitude.

-Ability and experience in teamwork.

What do we offer?
